Combining cat homes

I'm going to be moving in with a roommate. I have two cats, a 2 year old male, and a 3 year old female. She has a cat who is over 10 years old, male. All are neutered. We'll be moving into a new house, so there won't be current territory problems, but I'm worried about how they will get along. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to make a good outcome more likely?
