Hello Fellow Gardeners

I've visited DG many times and decided to "take the plunge". I work full time and have 2 grown daughters and a son, 17. I've loved plants all my life and really like the unique. I am a plantaholic and a zone pusher. I especially like hosta, brugmansia, aroids, hibiscus, vines and anything tropical looking. I also have a couple small "ponds". I'm looking forward to checking in as time allows. Happy gardening to all! - Bonnie

I've gotta know what a zone pusher is

I'm in zone 5 but I like to grow things that are for zone 6 or even 7. I've been able to leave canna's in the ground. I have a passion vine that returns every year. Guess I'm a stubborn "Swede" or just lazy, and don't want to dig stuff up in the fall. I call it pushing my zone.Thank you, Princessnonie.
