I have many trades of this yummy smelling bee-balm to trade. It arrived as a volunteer, probably last fall. It's not clear whether it's a perennial or not - but it so easily moved into my garden, I'm sure it could move right into yours. Mine are prostrate, although I'm sure they could be staked or even brought into line by upright neighbors. It has pretty pale purple - mauve flowers on and off all summer (so far). It smells like monarda with a twist of lemon - great to brush up against or step on by mistake. The flowers, leaves and roots have all sorts of medicinal uses. Look it up in PlantFiles - only it's not that difficult to grow.

P.S. I'm looking for flowering plants that are in the pink-orange-coral-red range, pref. perennials. Also I'm just beginning to like hosta.
