In all my reading and surfing about Brugmansias, I don't recall ever seeing an answer to the following question: How long, on average and under good growing conditions, do the flowers last? All of you experienced growers know this like the back of your hand, but a newbie like me does not!

Unfortunately there's too many different growing environments and crosses of different species to really narrow anything down.
The only thing I can say for sure is the already obvious "the cooler the weather the longer the flowers last."
The longest I ever had a flower to last was 11 days. That was Isabella, in October, in Tennessee.
