Need salsa recipe please

Here's my problem. My son likes restraunt salsa (Chili's, On the Border, Tequila Harry's, etc.) but hasn't been able to find a home recipe he likes. He says in these recipes he taste's the tomato only (and doesn't even like tomatoes). Does anyone have a recipe that you can really taste the other flavors in more than the tomato? Would they be ok to can if we find one he really likes? The tomatoes and peppers are really coming on now and if we find a recipe he likes, I would like to process some for later. Thanks for the help!
