I found this in a friend's yard...suffering from neglect. Being a fool for variegateds...I made such a noise she gave it to me. At that point it only had about 3 leaves. A month later...in the ground with good Chicken Poop...she is gorgeous. Found another one amonst a bunch of seedlings we propagated too!!! Had never known there was any such beast. These trees grow so well and so quickly that we use them for shade trees for new plantings....
