I told myself I deserved a day off after picking peas for the passed two weeks(somewhere over TWENTY BUSHELS!...not counting the cukes,squash,corn,peppers ,cantalopeand others I picked)so after my pilates class left this morning I cranked up the ole 'puter for a lil trolling. Wound up back at the Lyndon Lyons website and order twenty leaves for late Sept. delivery. Now I'm off to my friend's house,cuticul scissors in hand to perloin some of her av leaves.
Bwahahahaha! Can't wait! Is it Sept. yet?

I'm really excited to get back into av's in a big way.A few of my old av customers have been begging me to start growing more varieties again and I the ones I have been propagating have sold in small styrofoam cups as soon as they have any size on them.
Now I'll have to drag my big light bench back up to the house and get the lean-to cleaned up.Once I start potting up babies,there'll be no room on the light shelves because the begonias,flame violets and orchids will take up all that space during winter time.

well...in that case..I have gourmet single serving cakes in 3 flavors,JBz(candy coated chocolates in coconut,espresso,fudge browni,etc),chocolate covered coffee beans(3 fav.)Jelly Bellys,Itailan hard candies,biscotti and assorted other munchies....cheese straws,summer sauages,crackers,cheeses ,,pretzels,candy fruit slices(my fav),etc.
