Rosamond x AureaGold

Hope I spelled the areua right. This is just one of many seed I grew out from Linda Thorpe. I lost some some of them last summer due to heat and not being able to keep everything watered. This is not fantastic but it is pretty and has a wonderful strong, citrus fruit fragrance. It is so far back in the planting I almost missed it and it was a the top of the tree This one was almost 5 ft before it Y'd. :o)

Having a wonderful strong citrus scent would probably be enough for me keep it but then I have lots of space.

I took this one right about dusk............

They look so much better in the cool of the day...almost looks like a double....
nice long tendrils and such a pretty wide skirt. Hummm I like it....I went out to take
a wiff and though it would be a nice photo to share.

Looks really nice Dee. They look like they are dancing as you take the photos. I also enjoy them in the early cool morning hours. Congrats, it sure did grow nice and tall for you too.

Jones Creek, TX(Zone 9a)

Kin, yes it is tall as a matter of fact it is about 9-10 foot and the blooms are right at the top. I had to remove another shoot that was right under the blooms kinda holding them up, and covering them up

I need more space

Dee.
