I have found two of these in my gardens. Does anyone know what kind they are? Are they a pest?

Oops, forgot to say they do eat on plants (naturally), but they are not usually pests. Not that many of them around to cause a lot of damage. If there are, just pick them off and squoosh them. I kind of like them....
