This next one is B. Black Velvet. I hadn't even intended on stopping at this nursery because they seldom have anything I am looking for, but it was right across the street where my hair appt. was. So I figured I might as well look. Boy am I glad I did.

WOO HOO! Kell just bought those two for me (wineuma & BV) well, we traded actually. Anyhoo they're great aren't they. Dont you just love the leaf on wineuma? It's a beauty.
thanks for sharing the shots!!!

So Armstrong Nursery? Great finds!
Love that dark Black Velvet.

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

Yes Armstrong!! I am going there tomorrow. I hope they have nothing. I am broke. I go whenever I go to Kaiser Pleasanton, it is just down the street. Tom hates that I have been going to Kaiser every 2 weeks at least, it is getting expensive. LOL! It is also right by the mall and I stop at Nordstroms too.

Patrica, I think Wimauma is my favorite begonia ever. I sure hope it is an easy one and that I do not kill it.

I love your pics!! You must be feeling much better. GOOD!

Thanks for the information on these two begonia's Lali. I will correct the spelling, I can't seem to get used to typing with one hand, so I must have
just hit a wrong key.

Kell, I am feeling better, but terribly bored. I have to sit around here most of the day wating for UPS or I would be out nursery hopping today. There just isn't much I can do outside yet, especially since I am suppose to still be keeping
the one hand above my heart.

I did order some begonia cuttings from Mr. Stych and am really looking forward to getting those,

Decatur, IL

I am new to Dave's Garden. I have seen a Begonia that has swirled leaves.....it isn't a color swirl, the leaf itself swirls down toward the center. I have only seen it twice. Does anyone know the name of it? I would also like to know where to get it.

Thanks.
