It's non-stop! I eat a breakfast bar before work (around 6a.m.), and by 8:30a.m. my stomach's growling. If I make the effort to make oatmeal or a bowl of cereal, I'm still hungry by 9:30 or earlier. I'm eating all three meals, probably not getting the fruits & veggies the FDA would want me to. I'm 27, 5'4", 132# plus or minus a few everyday, exercise by mowing grass & riding my horse (avg activity at least an hour probably 5 or more times a week).
Do I keep munching on stuff, or do I just ignore the hunger & hope it goes away every morning? Similar things happen in the afternoon after lunch, but not as bad as in the mornings... I'm thinking that carrot or celery sticks at 9:15a.m. every morning is a little yuckie.
