quick question about grapes

i had an aphid problem on my peppers which are in the same room as my two grape vines and i sprayed malathion on them

can this stuff hurt grape vines in a high conentration?

You need to follow directions for specific plants. Just about anything is harmful in high concentrations and that includes dishwashing detergent.
