greenhouse winter tomatoes in zone 11

Has anyone grown tomatoes in a greenhouse through the winter in zone 11? I have so far managed to keep my plants alive under misters through 110+ degree heat and plan to move them into a greenhouse in the late fall. They should flower again in Sept/Oct when temps come down into the 90s and 80s. I am also going to try to grow tomatoes from seed for the first time and am looking for advice on preparing the soil for new plants that I will move to the greenhouse. I am planning to grow them organic - what do I use to amend the soil? I grow them in 25 gallon buckets. Any help would be appreciated.

I would head over to the tomato forum post your question there and read through some of the info found in the "Sticky" thread at the beginning of the forum. Any amendments would depend on what is in your soil aready. Do you know or have you had it tested? Are you using a soiless medium or actual soil from the ground?
