Fisherman's Paradise is gorgeous, Nanna! I don't know which I like better, the bloom or the leaf. All of the plants are lovely! Thanks for sharing!

Lovely!!!

I'm especially excited about 'Fisherman's Paradise', as I have a leaf that just put up ears! It looks like its variegation has been pretty stable with the summer heat, too... the crown is just gorgeous!

'Fisherman's Paradise' is stunning and I'll add it to my collection later on.
I sure like your pics Nanna .

Thanks everyone. I love Fisherman's Paradise too. The leaves are very beautiful by themselves. It was a slow growing plant. I think most varigates are slow to start.

Oh beautiful Nanna.I love fishermans. I have had 2 small plantlets of it ,so far I have manage to kill both of them. But I will try and try till I get it.lol.( I wanted it to remember my late husband,he was a wonderful fisherman) Silly huh.lol

My mom is my main fishing buddy, so she gets the first plant from my leaf of Fisherman's Paradise. :-) (not silly at all, Jan) The second one is mine, but I think I see several sets of ears popping up around that leaf, so if I end up with 3 plants by next spring I will send you one! (I don't think they'll be ready to go before the weather gets cold, and it sounds like this one is not such a fast grower that it will be too big to easily send next spring.) So if you don't find one before then, please Dmail me to remind me! :-)

I just put down leaves as well. I would be happy to share. But I think it might not be ready until spring.

Not at all. Those little guys get right to you and you have to have them.

I have Fisherman's Paradise but mine has not bloomed yet. Now I see what I have to look forward to. Thanks for sharing.

The blooms are getting deeper in color and fuller. No wonder Pauline Bartholomew says it's a good basic plant to have.
