Instant Vertigo Relief

Mine is probably an inner ear disturbance, but there may be other causes. It is a very scarey feeling to have the world suddenly tilt sideways and start spinning around!!! You can't even stand up. Luckily it has never happened to me while driving.
Discovered this instant relief the other day while sitting in a chair:

Raise both of your shoulders up around your neck as far as you can (think "turtle") and press on your lower skull area with them. Move your head around until you get texactly the right spot and it stops.
