I am looking mostly for succulent, semi tropical or tropical (house plants) seeds

I am interested in your fern seeds. I will look through my seeds and see if I have anything your interested in. I do have a plant that is a succulent but don't know the name of it. Roots very easily and could send a cutting from it.
