Request vinegar and fresh herb infusions

I planted a few herbs this season. And while I have enjoyed using them fresh I am starting to wonder what else I can do with them. I had noticed on the hot sauce thread there was some talk of herbs and vinegars mixed and used for various things. I was hoping maybe to get some recipes of which herbs you like to mix with which vinegars and what you use them for. Also how to store it so it keeps well.
