Brian, how do you have to mess around on here LOL

Ocoee (W. Orlando), FL(Zone 9b)

I'm looking forward to hearing about your results from the Mac/Borneo cross. Some of the larger plants combined with hardier more leathery upright leaves would be a dream come true for those of us with smaller properties (as well as tropical landscapers looking for a no-fuss "wow!" specimen)
As usual, keep us posted with your goodies and their results....

I am sure to post as things as they progress. I have tons of new things coming along this year colocasias and cannas manly a few alocasias. I hope to try my luck with a few bananas if I can get them to bloom soon.

I have tried Amorphophallus crosses before no luck Hopefully it will change this year.

As for the Monstera hybrid I have never heard of anyone even trying it?

Key West, FL(Zone 11)

Hey Brian
How about a making a nice variegated Banana and then you could retire ....Not ...you would probably expand your operation
I have difficulty with for $125 for an AeAe pup.

Louisville, KY

Well I have a new Banana that is getting Tissue cultured now. It should be out late this season or next spring. Not really variegated manly all red. I have a few variegated bananas have been watching but not are as stable as AEAE. I have a basjoo with yellow streaking hopefully it will get better with age.
