First year success

Saluda, SC(Zone 8a)

I just want to share a picture of my brug that is now in bloom. Just a common peach-pink, but I am learning so much from it and it's 2 companion plants, and this forum. I have 12 seedlings now from seeds that were shared by a forum member and can hardly wait to what they will produce. My plants, right now, are in containers buried in the ground, in a jungle of other plants--all being grown out so I will have mature plants for an organized border (I can dream) that I plan to established for next year.

She is so beautiful!!

Looking really... really good. Congrats
I think you would really enjoy a border of brugs. Your dream may not be far away with the way they grow.

I'm really encouraged by your posting: I have ten seedling plants that I started in February, and are now almost 2' tall and very vigorous. I sure hope I get blooms this year!

I bet your border will be gorgeous!

Congratulations! This is my first year with brugs. and none of mine have flowered so well. One plant had two blooms, but by the time I finished handling one of the flowers, it fell off, lol.

Oh Tussee, give yourself time. I have seen your garden and by next year you will be a brug pro!
