Photo shortcuts driving me craaazy

I can not figure out how to stop EVERY photo I look at from leaving a drop down list of short cuts

in the Start up menu under Dococuments/ My Pictures

Every night I have to delete them one by one , what a PITA

How do I eliminate this?

I recently got XP Pro and still learning there all the 'magic' buttons are, lol
