When is the best time to spray your plants. (With just plain ol water, messenger or sng). Early in the morning or late in the evening?
Spraying your plants.
I tend to suggest early in the morning so that they have a chance to dry before dark. However, there are some things that will fry foliage if the sun hits them- certain things like dormant oil, some insecticides, etc.
