Yellow Flowering Tree Desired

Hi,

I've seen many yellow flowering trees around my neighborhood and would like to add a couple. I've researched and researched and can't come up with the name of them! The flower is very much like an orchid with yellow petals and rusty red throats. They drop the flowers all around the base of the tree which looks so pretty as you walk through them. The leaves are oblong and about 4" long, but not lacy as some that I've seen. Any ideas? I often see them paired with jacaranda trees - gorgeous combo!!!
