Can't remove this program.

I downloaded Kazaa, one of the file sharing programs. Along with that, it downloaded something called Best Offers which is an incessant pop-up program.

I went to program add/remove to remove Kazaa but I couldn't find it on the list, although Best Offers was there. When you click on Best Offers, it won't let you remove it, saying that you have to add/remove Kazaa.

I did a all file and folder search for Kazaa but couldn't find an uninstall file.

I tried Windows Defender, then I tried Kazaabegone, some program that's supossed to remove all components, then I tried Spybot.

Nothing got rid of that Best Offers program and when I did a file/folder search again, Kazaa still had some stuff there which I manually deleted.

I think I did pretty well for some one who doesn't know a lot about computers but I obviously didn't do well enough. What do I do now?
