These are a first for me a Spicebush. They almost drounded today with 3" of desperately needed rain. I moved my pots on the porch
My tiny bay cats
and my first Pipevine cats. Half of them got washed off in the rain ;-(
they are growing up fast. Some of the Pipevine are already crawling off to pupate

Oh, he is so cute!! Have I asked you before about your Spicebushes? (I asked someone) I haven't ever found one around here and would love a cutting. :) My shame at begging is slowly disappearing.
KK you can get seedlings on e-Bay from seller Dogwooderitternet about 1 or 2 dollars apiece. He combines shipping too. That is where I got mine from. Since they are only seedlings I brought them to the sun porch since I don't think I will have enough to feed more than the 3 cats I have. I did find a very small Sassafrass tree growing in the woods and moved it up to the house in the shade to grow. They will eat that too
Cool, I'll check on that. I know it's done but it never occurs to me to look on ebay for plants.
Most of what I buy comes from Ron. He has great plants for the money and doesn't stiff you on postage like many e-Bay sellers do. I have been buying from him for 3 years now and have never gotten a bad plant
Where do I start looking? Under plants? Spicebush? The only thing I've bought on ebay were Godzilla toys. lol

OMG I don't see any listed. He always has it. I have been buying it for 3 years. I keep killing it. Think my yard was to wet. So far these I have gotten are doing o.k. Have had them for 4 months in pots. Trying to get the courage to put them in the ground and hope I don't kill them lol. E-mail him through e-bay to see if he has more. He will sell directly to you possibly. He does me but he knows me. I tried a search but didn't find any for it. I'll make myself a sticky note reminder to check on it occassionally. I think my friend in Ohio might still have one. He sent me a cutting of it once but it died when I transplanted it. :( Oh well, thanks anyway. No big deal. I've got plenty of things to fuss over for now.
