Burpee Seed. Very easy to start early. I'll bet wintersowing is a possibility. The plants are taller, now, about 12-18". More sun means shorter. I'll try to get a new picture. Domino series is another common miniature N. alata that has several colors. Unless it is sterile, I will have seed soon. (From all of them)
