Need help with Yahoo IM upgrades

Every time I boot up I get the same reminder asking if I want to upgrade. The options are "upgrade now" or "no thanks". I click "no thanks" and the next time I boot up I get the same thing all over. How do I get rid of this annoying screen? Why can't they take "no" for an answer?
