Here is a link from their site with great information for Texas gardeners.

San Antonio Botanical Gardens
I've been out there once, Tir_....a really pretty place. They have occasional sales and I've been able to pick up some nice plants.
Oh I didn't realize they also sell plants!
They only sell plants a few times a year at special events. Keep an eye out on their web page. They're pretty neat things to attend...and the plants themselves are grown by botanical members, so you know you're getting a well grown plant. :)
I have bought some in years past. Most of them were better than anything I could find just about anywhere else (except the local native texas garden show).
hmm...I didn't know about a Native Texas Garden Show, renatelynne, sounds interesting. I only grow Texas natives..and as I told Tir_, I only buy them from Rainbow Gardens on Bandera Rd..but the Botanical Society did have some awesome plants too. Exactly when do they have this Garden Show?
Every March here in Boerne. It is put on by Cibolo Nature Center. http://www.cibolo.org/default.htm It is a GREAT place to get native plants.
Ohhh...ok, thanks. I'll keep an eye out for it next year...Sounds interesting...and close! :)
I will make sure I post something as soon as I get the exact date. I vend there with my garden decor so they contact me every year once the exact date is formed. It is usually a weekend or two away from the one at the Botanical Gardens
