And the Brug says .... I WANT TO LIVE!

Summerville, SC(Zone 8a)

In desperation for 1 gallon pots, I yanked a bunch of no name straggly brugs out of their homes, beat the dickens out of the root ball for the dirt and threw them on my table (please don't call the Brug Police) and were promptly forgotten about.

3 weeks later ....

As I was doing a general cleanup around my greenhouse area, I spied the brugs and lo and behold, 2 of them were putting out leaves!!!! It seems Brugs survive better on neglect than anything else!

Amazing ...

LOL. That is rather harsh. Expsoed roots and they still want to live!

Yes, I am constantly amazed at how strong these plants are. Once you have good roots, they are hard to kill. I have some here in 4 inch pots for over 2 years. They look terrible but still alive. And when I finally get around to potting them upward, they will rebound so fast.

wish mine would make a recovery now .. thats good..
