I was checking my plants and had to look hard, and LOW for these buds, the brug is about 6' tall but these buds are about 8" from the ground, none on the top at all.
Had to look hard. lol
LOL! They must be staying close to the ground to keep cool and in more shade. Bet the top will Y and bloom before long.
Brugie the top Yd last year, this is a small branch that Yd this year. I am struggling this year because of out crazy weather, either too wet, too dry or too cool.

Doris...you can send me some of your too wet and too cool weather. It's 86 right now, heading to 96 for today's high and the humidity is horrible. It does look strange to see our brugs bloom at such silly heights. I can't stand to snap that low growth off when it happens, tho.
Too funny Doris! I have never had one do that. I am sorry you are having a slow start of your bloom season. I hope it picks up soon for I know you put so much work into them all. They better perform!
Kell,
I am still lovingly tending the seedlings (2 surviving are 'Monster' and one other) are ready for bumping to a larger pot. From the seeds, I have about 8-10 ready for larger homes also. I'll send you a picture when they are all settled again. Thanks for feeding this new addiction I'm enjoying now.
Can hardly wait for a bloom but with the inspiration from the forum, I'm still encouraged and excited!
Thanks,
Louise
