I stumbled into this forum just a week ago and fell in love with Begonia's. Love the beautiful colors! Thanks for all the beautiful pictures to get me hooked. I went shopping yesterday and some beauty's followed me home. Hubby just shook his head and asked me what I was into now! He is at Home Depot right now getting wood to make me more plant shelves for the backyard. Look what I found!

Mine had no name tag either. Hubby and I feed off of each others addictions. He loves woodworking and I love plants. I bring home plants he makes me shelves. He makes me shelves, I fill 'em up with plants. Works very nicely! I will post a pic of the shelves when he is finished. Thanks.

Violet-treasure, You bet we are. My DH made me a beautiful potting table a couple weeks ago, now I don't have to stoop on the driveway and get a sore back. He is such an enabler with my obsession of plants. Gotta love it!
I'll have to post a pic of it also when my DD is done "borrowing" the camera.
Great finds! I plan on getting a few new ones tomorrow. It's been a week after all.

Nan, I got 3 of these at Stein Gardens and Gifts. They were even on sale for only 2.48 each! What a bargain! The others I got at a place called The Plant Station. Don't know if that is a chain store or a privately owned one. They were a bit pricier but actually in better condition.
I had never heard that song until awhile ago, my daughter Stacey played it for me. She suggested I use that screen name.

Never heard of those stores....like I said, you've likely got a lot more options than I do.
SG is in the 'upper' portion of the SW corner of WI....we don't actually live in the 'village' (very small towns 'round here) but we live about 14 miles in from the Mississippi.
It's very hilly, green and beautiful, I must say!

I'm trying my luck with begonias again after basically clearing them out last year to my sister and a trading friend here on DG.
The photos on this forum made me want them again!
Rexes don't do well for me in the winter...so we'll see what happens.
