Wireless optical mouse laptop accessory right-to-left hand

I have an HP laptop (new), and a microsoft wireless optical mouse. Mouse "brain" plugs into USB port, and works great. Can I change it from right-handed to left-handed? How do I do it??? Didn't look like it was on the start-menu (no driver cd provided with the mouse), and it doesn't appear to be on the control panel hardware accessory list (unless I don't know where to look for it).

Any help??
