Summer colds

I thought it was allergies, but I've never had allergies with this much coughing or stuffy nose. Took some Nyquil generic last night and it helped me sleep, and I woke up without breathing through my mouth (nose open on at least one side). Took some Dayquil generic this morning, it's starting to work.

Who else gets summer colds? I don't seem to get more than brief sniffles during the winter & season changes. I almost always get a cold during summer months. This one was probably a product of a busy vacation, little sleep, and lots of contact with strangers & their germs.

And, no, I'll confess. I don't take a vitamin every day, I don't eat enough fruits & veggies, I do drink plenty of water, and I exercise all the time. I don't drink enough orange juice.... So I suppose I'm asking to get sick with bad eating habits... but it still stinks..
