Found this in the backyard 2 days ago and it just kept getting bigger and bigger. Figured that I'd better take a picture of it before the rains came (YEA !!!! They Came !!!)
Just wish that it was a Portobello cuz I'd be hav'n me one big, lip smack'n sandwitch tonight. Oh yea, that is a 1 foot ruler next to it.

I wish I could get someone to teach me which mushrooms are edible, because I really love them, I am afraid to trust just a picture from a book, I need to actually see it, smell it and feel it, before I could be confident about eating a wild mushroom.
That one would have been wonderful.
