Well- All my GST cats have pupated- there are 7 total on the potted tangerine plant. I have moved the pot to my screened deck so nothing can get them- How long will it bw until they come out and fly! Weeks- months?

I would say 7 to 14 days Jo. The Monarchs and Skippers took 14 days. The Painted Ladies took 7 days and The BST took 7 to 10 days. You will generally be able to start seeing the butterfly through the chryliss a day or 2 before it emerges
Thanks- I had some last year but didn't time them- If they come out before I put them back outside my deck will become a butterfly house with 7 flying around! Wouldn't that be cool!
