I scored!!!

I ordered a 'few" plants from two vendors in LA, and they all came in at once today. Excitedly I opened the boxes and unpacked and unpacked!! And the one Hoya Multiflora Shooting Star had flowers!!! I was speechless!!! The rest of the plants (Epis, Plumies, C&S's) I received was HUGE, way bigger than anything else I have ordered! AND, then I just had to drop by Lowes and found a variegated H.Carnosa that looked really good, so now it's off to the kitchen, play with lots of dirt and have some fun! I am getting ready to work on the cuttings I got from the Pimpette so wish me luck, that could either be a disaster or a huge success!! I'll take pics as soon as I get them all planted and the danged dog off my lap!!

Yes, it's so much fun "playing plants". I have been tinkering with mine all day too.

Finally got 'em all potted and good to go, it was quite the picture, and I am sure the beginnings for "Memoirs of a Crazy Lady", there was plants on every possible surface in the kitchen, soil on the floor, the table, the dogs and me! I was planting, potting, desperately trying to figure out what pot went where, more soil on the floor and finally at 3 AM I managed to clean up the mess!! The dogs got so disgusted they went upstairs to bed! It's now 3.40 AM and I am packing it in, I still have a huge deadline looming over my head, and what do I do? I blow it off and play with plants! LOL Guess I have to be good and no playing in dirt tomorrow!

Good growing Becky. I enjoyed looking at your MSN photos. My suggestion, drag those hoya outside while you have the summer temperatures. They will love the open air.....morning sun only or dappled sunlight.

Thank you! I will drag 'em all out when it stops raining! It was insane last night, the house was shaking with the weather and I live in a townhouse!!
There was a drowning Geranium screaming for help when I finally had the guts to open the doors!!
