Today I was searching all over my little Myer lemon tree (actually a stick) to see if I could find what was eating the leaves right down to the stems. I was looking in the wrong places - it was on the "trunk", preparing to pupate. Isn't it beautiful!!!?

Well, fly_girl, it is as beautiful as bird poop can be. ;-) The swallowtail that emerges is spectacular though!

A giant caterpillar for a giant swallowtail.....sigh....
