YUM! I was looking through my "Grillers' Bible" to see if they had anything in there about how to smoke salmon on the grill, and came across a delicious-looking recipe for "Salmon With Fresh Basil Cream Sauce." Going to make it tomorrow! Would also work well with cilantro, I expect! (for those who are fond of cilantro, of course! :+>)
