Can you guys give me names of mail order companies that offer large tropical fruiting trees (I mean older trees, not bigger growing), like sapodilla, cherimoya, things like that.
And does any one know where I can order actual fruit of this kind of stuff? I want to grow them all and don't even know what most taste like!

Yeah, Top Tropicals is probably the best place to go, they have all sorts of tropical fruit trees (and other tropical stuff), their plants are good size (many at least 3 gal pot) and they have a good rating in Garden Watchdog (although I noticed they've picked up several negative comments in the last couple months, not sure if it's just a fluke or if the quality's changing...I have an order in with them now so if you are worried about it I can dmail you and let you know if my order's OK or not when it comes in). Most other places either don't carry stuff like that at all, or it's really small.
There is a company here...Plant It Hawaii...they have everything. You have to special order if you want to ship the plant out of Hawaii as it has to be grown to CA acceptance...tho.
