A lovely nodding bell shaped Clematis that is non-clinging and is suppose to have a sweet scent.

Barry Fretwell from England is the hybridizer. The cross is C. viticella and C. integrifolia. With viticella in its genes, it won't succumb to Clematis Wilt.

Shirley,

That clematis is beautiful from bud to flower! Does it bloom continuously through the summer?

That is adorable, Shirley. It reminds me of Texensis Pagoda

Thanks Laura. I don't know if it blooms throughout the Summer because this is its first growing season in my garden.

Hi Kell! I love texensis 'Pagoda'! It's so adoreable with it's flips and curls! Who wouldn't love a Clematis with all that charm? Are you growing any Clematis through your beautiful Roses?
