Practice is going to make more work for me

(Mary) Poway, CA(Zone 10a)

I had pollinated Tiara in the greenhouse in April - just for practice. Since only she and Butterfly were in bloom I just ripped out an anther from Butterfly and rubbed it on the stigma of Tiara. Didn't think it'd take because the plant was tiny and the bloom was hitting the shelf, highly fluctuating temperatures ...... nothing was ideal. It looked lousy with a taped up bloom on a plant not even big enough to carry it. I've got my first seed pod

Congratulations Mary. Now you have to have DH clear a big spot for all those seedlings to grow in. LOL
