Slug food! ;0) Kidding... It's really Petasites japonicus variegata. Likes to be kept wet and will spread when it's happy.

Well I don't have hardly any slugs...haven't seen any since I have chickens here..lol

hmmm. Nadine, that looks to me more like a variegated ligularia. I think it it were var. petasite, it would already be dead from the heat. var. ligularia, a very choice plant, slow grower.

HE HE HE! I gave that plant to Nadene! LOL! And its not snail bait. It's Ligularia tussilaginea 'Argentea'. Good call vossner.
