You may be familiar with the local wholesaler, NW Perrenials. If you buy retail around Puget Sound you may notice the name on the plant labels. They are changing hands and will be having an open house June 24/25. Quote from their website:

"Northwest Perennials will host two open house events, selling our plants at nearly wholesale to the public.
The prices will range from $4.50 - $6.00 for gallon plants; $2.00 for smaller sizes; and some practically-for-free special plants."
