Pregnant dog with fleas Please help!

My brother asked me to take care of one of his dog. She is a miniature collie not sure of her age. I already have a 3 legged dog and 2 cats. They don't have fleas (yet). I don't know how to get rid of them off a pregnant dog. I am not sure of how far along she is, I was just told she is having puppies. I will be getting her in about a week or so.

Can anyone give me any information? I need all the help I can get.
