Have Caesalpina Pulcherrima (Yellow Bird of Paradise)

Have for trade: Caesalpina Pulcherrima (Pride of Barbados) Yellow.
A small evergreen perennial shrub or tree, from the West Indies, 10 - 15 feet high with alternate, bipinnate leaves.
This small, graceful tree flowers throughout the year and is a beautiful garden plant.
The yellow variety is often called yellow bird of paradise.
5 seeds per trade.

If you have any plants for this, please dmail me. I have tried them from seeds on numerous occasions and they die after they get about 6" tall.

Sorry, but I'm from Brazil. So, it is impossible send you plants. The problem with the seedlings probably is to much water. Water them just twice a week.

Mine died after I dug it up to bring it inside for the winter - grrr! On the other hand, the one I gave to my boss was kept in a large pot and is doing fabulousl! It's about 2' tall now and is enjoying life in Rhode Island. I started another one (from your seeds) this year and will treat it better - I promise!!!

Your seeds have all been wonderful - every single seed of your that I have planted has germinated for me!
