EE ID #2

Athens, OH

Another EE marked assorted alocasia. Once again about 1.5 feet high, brown tick markings on the stem. Young leaves are upright; more mature leaves are held more horizontal.

PS the two leaves on the left which look strange are showing artifacts of the water spots and flash. Sorry.

if the leaves have a brown cast on the undersides its probably Al. Wentii.

Louisville, KY

I will say white stem form of Alocasia plumbea. Manly because of the streaking on the stems. If the underside of the leaf has some blotching of dark maroon and light colors it is probably the white stem form of the plumbea.

Thank you both for responding.
Sorry it took so long to get back to you.

I think Brian might be right but I am posting some photos of the leaves for you to see.

One leaf out of 8 has some dark maroon blotching.
