Clematis, "Fascination"

This is a new Clematis that I'm growing this year. I like its small urn shaped flowers with slightly recurved tips. It's a charmer!

Beautiful Shirley...The flower reminds me of Princess Di only hers are red...

would be great to grow this one, princess di and and a more traditional white clematis, for a patriotic display.

I don't think it is hardy enough for my zone, sniff...

Clematis ragoochi has just as beautiful a flower, and
it is quite happy growing in Zone 4a.

This one is lovely.Does the new nursery that you posted about have this one?I will order from them in the Fall after reading all the good things you wrote about.

This herbaceous Clematis is available through either Plants Delight Nursery or White Flower Farm. I don't believe that Silver Star Vinery carries this variety, but it never hurts to ask.
