I'm in Windsor QC. An hour's drive from Montreal. I live in what is referred to the Eastern Townships (close to Sherbrooke QC). We have a quiet little town of about 8,000 population. Lots of lakes, mountains and wooded terrain all around us. A nature lover's paradise.
Where exactly is Hawksbury ON? How close to QC? My son lives in Cambridge ON - quite a distance away.
I guess we're not neighbours. Hawkesbury is about half way between Ottawa and Montreal. I am about 10k from the Quebec border.
What zone are you? They say I am in 5 but I try to stick to plants for zone 4.
