Clematis in Zone 10b?

Does anyone have any experience with this clematis. It's rated for zones 7 through 11. I would love to grow clematis down here but didn't think I could. Maybe this one?

I think Florida Sieboldii would thrive in your growing zone. I would definitely try it!
