Very pretty silkies. And he's such a gentleman.

I would love to see a picture of your silkie rooster up close, the face. I have 15 silkies and can't tell yet if any are males. Maybe it's to soon. Mine all look the same to me, LOL.

The roosters tend to stand more upright. How old are your silkies?

Wonderful picture, thank you. My silkies are only 6 weeks old, I think it's going to be a while before I know what they are. We are in the process now of building a new coop for them. I'll get pictures soon and post them.

I have 6 that are 3 wks old and 14 that are 2 wks old and I can see that some tend to be 'upright' more than the others, especially when they are 'alert' to something.

Standing upright, I'll check for that. Thanks for the info.
