Variegated Ginger?

Headland, AL(Zone 8a)

I got this Chinese White Beauty in trade from Tropicman. It was originally planted in ly lily bed where it was shaded by my cannas...but my sis brought me a Butterfly Ginger, a palm ginger, and one other gignger, so I decided to plant a ginger garden by my nanners. They will get a nice shady spot there and will get plenty of water....and in the winter I hope they will benefit from the same microenvironemnt that keeps my nanners from going dormant...although I doubt it because there were a LOT of cannas popping up in the same area htis Spring. Anyway, here is the ginger with the two variegated leaves.

Is that a young spiral ginger? If it is, lucky you. My spirals (Costus) always take a few years to mature before they bloom.
